Posts and photographs on the Site are personal, subjective accounts by the owner and by authors the owner has invited, describing places they visited themselves. Ratings reflect each author's own criteria and are not objective rankings or certifications of any kind.

Opening hours, addresses, and amenity details describe the situation at the time of the author's visit and may have changed since. Please confirm directly with the business before visiting. The Site makes no warranty as to the currency or accuracy of this information.

The Site does not accept public sign-ups. Authoring accounts are issued by invitation from the owner, may be used only by the person they were issued to, and may not be transferred or shared.

Members are responsible for looking after their own account credentials and must notify the owner immediately if they suspect misuse.

Where a member breaches these terms or materially interferes with the operation of the Site, the owner may suspend or delete the account after notice; in urgent cases notice may follow the action.

A member may request deletion of their account at any time. Account information is then destroyed without delay, and what happens to posts already published — whether they remain, are re-credited, or are removed — is settled in consultation with the member.

Copyright in the posts and photographs a member creates belongs to that member.

By publishing material on the Site, a member grants the Site a free, non-exclusive licence to publish and display it on the Site and its promotional channels, to translate it into the three site languages (Korean, English, and Japanese), and to use it for search engine visibility. The licence lasts for as long as the material remains published on the Site.

Members must publish only material that does not infringe anyone else's copyright, likeness rights, or personal information, and are responsible for any dispute or loss arising from a breach of this.

Photographs published on the Site may carry a watermark identifying their source.

Reproduction, distribution, transmission, creation of derivative works, and commercial use of the text, photographs, and editorial arrangement published on the Site are prohibited without permission.

Quotation with attribution, sharing links, and indexing or citation by search engines and AI services are permitted. Republishing photographs or reproducing entire posts is not.

The Site may display banner advertising. Advertising areas are labelled "AD".

Posts written in exchange for sponsorship or any other consideration, or containing affiliate links, state that fact at the end of the post.

The Site is not a party to any transaction between an advertiser and a visitor and accepts no responsibility for disputes or losses arising from such transactions.

The Site may link to external resources such as maps and business websites. Those sites are responsible for their own content and operation; the Site does not endorse or warrant them.

Decisions made in reliance on information published here, and their consequences, are the visitor's own responsibility.

Any change to these terms will be announced on the Site with its effective date, and takes effect from that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

The Korean version of these terms is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
