Today's review is about an all-you-can-eat tuna restaurant in Sinrim,
Kio Tuna.
Some photos may be a bit blurry due to a broken phone camera lens.
This tuna restaurant has various seating options including bar seats, private room seats, and regular seats.
Since other customers were there, I wasn't able to take proper photos of the seating.
For reference, there are 4 menu options.
Starting from the highest-priced Siljang Course, followed by Jin, Seon, and Mi in order.
We ordered the Mi course, the most affordable option.
These are the basic side dishes that came out first.
We were served shrimp tempura gimbap styled like futomaki, shari for sushi, and small side dishes as palate cleansers.
Porridge and a simple miso soup were also served.
At tuna restaurants, porridge always seems to signal the start of the meal.
I was surprised by how crispy the shrimp tempura was.
It was probably sliced fresh right before serving, which made it quite delicious.
These are the dishes that came out one after another.
In order: shrimp tempura, grilled gills, braised tuna, and corn salad.
The braised tuna was especially delicious.
So when I asked the owner if we could have more,
he said he'd give us a truly delicious part and brought out the head portion.

It was the tuna head, and it was incredibly rich and delicious.
I want to have it again.
This is the tuna that came out as the first serving.
Honestly, I'm not very familiar with the names of tuna cuts.
However, even though it was the lowest tier, the first serving felt like a reasonably premium cut.
Since I personally enjoy eating with wasabi, I had most of it with wasabi.
It was delicious.
We got refills about twice more, and although the cuts were on the less premium side, they were more than satisfying.
It was a restaurant that served everything neatly and cleanly right up to the end.
Even though this was the most affordable course, it was incredibly satisfying.
The restaurant was clean and I really liked it, so I'm planning to visit again soon.
