Sutamyeongga Jiheungseon Food Village (Hand-Pulled Noodle Restaurant) is located in Seosan, right along the way back from a trip to Taean.
Here, they hand-pull the noodles fresh the moment you order. We arrived early when the restaurant opened, and since ours was the only table, I wasn't expecting much, but as soon as we ordered, they started hand-pulling the noodles right there in the back of the kitchen.
As time passed, many other customers arrived as well.
The noodles in both the jjajangmyeon and jjamppong were definitely chewy and delicious. Unlike other jjamppong, the seasoning wasn't overly strong and had a mild, clean taste. The rib meat also came off the bone easily and was incredibly tender and delicious.
That said, honestly I'm not sure whether the mild jjamppong pairs well with the ribs. I think they'd taste better eaten separately.
The tangsuyuk was delicious, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The meat was also very tender, which I liked.
