This is the front yard of Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi), located in Songhyeon-ri, Sowon-myeon, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, with plenty of parking space.
On the entrance door of Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi), signs are posted side by side noting business hours from 11 AM to 9 PM, a break time from 3 to 5 PM, and that takeout is available.
The menu board on the restaurant wall lists dishes such as dakgalbi, smoked duck, yukgaejang, and makguksu, along with prices for drinks like Chungha, beer, and soju.
The table brazier at Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi) is piled high with charcoal, ready to be lit as soon as guests sit down so the dakgalbi can be grilled right away.
On the table with the charcoal brazier, an array of side dishes is laid out — lettuce for wraps, konjac, acorn jelly, cabbage salad, garlic and ssamjang, and pickled onions.
When I asked the owner, they said it's konjac.
The dakgalbi ordered at Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi) comes already fully grilled, and you just place it over the charcoal to keep it warm while eating.
The already fully cooked meat is cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
This bibim makguksu was served alongside the meal at Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi), topped with julienned cucumber, a halved boiled egg, and roasted seaweed over the sweet and spicy sauce.
After evenly mixing the buckwheat noodles, which were topped with various garnishes, with the sauce, it's delicious topped with meat.

Inside Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi), a silver ventilation duct hangs from the ceiling above each wooden table fitted with a brazier, and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Taean's green forest stretches out.

This is Joeunnal Sutbul Dakgalbi (Charcoal Dakgalbi), which I visited while traveling in Taean. Here, the dakgalbi basically comes out already grilled. Dakgalbi with its uneven surface and skin coated in seasoning is usually easy to burn when grilled over charcoal, but the owner grills it perfectly beforehand, and the charcoal grill is simply used to keep it warm or cook it a bit further — a place I really liked for that.

It's not spicy, so young children can enjoy it too.

The side dishes that come as standard were excellent too, and the owner was kind, which was great. I'd like to visit again.
