Prices may have changed since the visit.

I visited Red Brick Café, located at 165 Seodong-daero, Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, on the ground floor, near Pyeongtaek Port. I stopped by this cafe to watch the sunset.

The day I visited happened to be Halloween. The whole place was decorated for the occasion, and the staff were dressed up to match. There were also several machines you wouldn't normally see in a regular cafe, and it was the first time I had ever seen darts in a cafe.

There are seats on the second floor too. The interior is smaller than the first floor, and it leads out to a terrace. Stepping onto the terrace, you find another space with a different concept, but since the weather was getting chilly, the tables had been gathered in one corner.

This is also a pet-friendly cafe. There were indeed many customers inside with their dogs.

The prices were on the high side. It's understandable for a place with such a great view, but it's undeniably a bit of a burden. I ordered the salt coffee, which seemed to be the signature menu item. I had enjoyed a salt coffee near Seolleung Station before, so I picked it with high expectations, but this drink wasn't satisfying. I could barely smell any coffee aroma, and the coffee flavor wasn't distinct either. The saltiness and aroma of the salt were weak, and even the sweetness of the whipped cream was lacking.

One good point is that there's a park like a walking trail in front of the cafe. It felt unfinished, so I thought it would be nice if it became more lively in the future. Right now, it looked like many people were car camping or pitching tents to spend the night watching the sunset.

The drinks were disappointing, but the sunset was truly beautiful.
