This is Songtan Yangkkochi (Lamb Skewers Restaurant), on the second floor of a building at 922 Seojeong-dong, Pyeongtaek, South Korea. I went at night, and the sign had "unlimited refills" written in large letters, so it was easy to find. The entrance said "Unlimited Lamb Skewers, Songtan Branch".

The restaurant has a high ceiling, and a ventilation duct comes down over each table. However, there weren't many seats. There is a brazier in the middle of each table, and cumin powder, peanuts, and seasoned onions come as the standard setup. On one side there was a self-service corner where you can pick up cumin, chili powder, and side dishes, and it looked tidy.

Looking at the menu on the wall, the unlimited lamb skewers were 18,800 won per person. Children (ages 4 to 9) were 9,000 won. For drinks, soju and beer were 5,000 won, and Tsingtao beer was 7,000 won. They also had Chinese liquors such as Yantai Gaoliang and Xueyuan, in different sizes.

You bring the meat yourself from the refrigerated display, taking as much as you want to eat. Besides lamb skewers, there were various other skewers, such as beef and pork belly, neatly arranged, and the display was clean too. I put them on the charcoal, grilled them until golden, then took them down onto a plate and dipped them in seasoning powder. I grilled all the skewers, including sausage, fish cake, mushroom, and fried tofu skewers, but the lamb skewers were the tastiest. I was really happy that I could eat the lamb skewers with unlimited refills. They can get tough if overcooked, so it's best to grill them just right.

The stir-fried bean sprouts I received for a review event also came out filling a whole plate. The portion was generous, and it was tangy, so it was nice to eat whenever I got tired of the skewers. For those who go, it would be good to have it on the side when your mouth starts to feel greasy from the skewers. As for overall satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend it if you say, "I really want to eat a lot of lamb skewers."

The owner was very kind, the place was clean, and you can take as many skewers as you like without anyone giving you looks, so I'd like to visit again.
